In October 2009 Agecodagis launched a customer satisfaction survey for Kephren data logger users to improve his services and products quality.
Hereafter the results of this survey. Agecodagis thanks all users who answered this survey and will take into account all the relative comments. 
- Kephren users are significantly satisfied or very satisfied (94%).
- The very positive feature is the Agecodagis technical support strongly valued.
- The negative item is about the Agecodagis technical documentation which has to be improved.
