Agecodagis has developped rtitan2, a reading software including the following features:
- native Windows and DOS support (no need for cygwin or external DLL)
- fixed width for all data types, making the port to 64bits easy
- output formats including: text, Titan/Titan2 (data segments) SAC, MiniSeed, SEG-Y, SEG-2 and GIF (for a quick data analysis)
- ability to directly read the Osiris data disks (no need to
concatenante multiple files)
- time correction performed automatically
- read all type of frames of Titan/Titan2 files
- short time to user for Titan/Titan2 format changes
A very first release of rtitan2 is already available for testing.

The full source code is available as an archive and can be viewed online in the directory htmldoc/. As soon as the first stable release will be issued, the source code will be included in the CVS tree.
